5 bicycle routes in Vendsyssel

At Brønderslev Business and Tourism in Brønderslev (Brønderslev Erhverv og Turisme), Bredgade 60, 9700 Brønderslev, you can get free maps of the bicycle routes in Dronninglund and its vicinity. In total there are 5 themed bicycle routes in East Vendsyssel.

The maps consist of an overview map and a map extract, where the 5 theme routes are described. The routes are designed so that there is something for everyone, both regarding the themes and the length of the routes.
 
The overview map also shows the regional route 54, Geråruten, as well as the part of the national routes 3 and 5, Hærvejen and Østkystruten, which pass through the area. In this way, it is possible to combine the routes and arrange your bicycle tour in the best way as possible.

The 5 theme routes are:
Red route, The castle route: Visit Voergård Slot (Castle) and Dronninglund Slot (Castle)

Green route, The queen´s route: Sightseeing for the whole family

Purple route, The art route: Art and artisans of the east coast. 

Blue route, The village route: A refreshing trip with lots of village idyll

Yellow route, The church route: See the churches in East Vendsyssel

The national and regional bicycle routes

The two national bicycle routes number 5 and 3 (Østkystruten and Hærvejsruten) as well as the regional route 59 pass through the area. These routes are marked with signs and offer ample opportunity for experiencing some of the most beautiful nature areas in Denmark on your bicycle.
