The Jungle Path (Junglestien)

The path is made for older children (age 10 and higher). Younger children may also join the fun activities accompanied by an adult.

How to find it:
You can find the Jungle Path in Naturparken (´the nature park´) in the town of Dronninglund between the streets Slotsgade and Skovbrynet.
The path is 1,600 metres (1,750 yards) long and has 14 challenges.
Only one participant at a time is allowed at any challenge.
In case of damp weather or frost, the challenges may be dangerous. If you are afraid to try one of the challenges, go to the next one!

Miniature golf in Dronninglund

Bring your family, friends or colleagues to the miniature golf course in Dronninglund.
The course is situated in beautiful surroundings at Dronninglund Castle (Dronninglund Slot) and the Great Forest of Dronninglund (Dronninglund Storskov).

Gimlegaard - Vikings

Viking sports and games
Gimlegaard is really something in which the whole family can get involved. You can try your hand at archery, play the games that the Vikings used to play, get your pulse racing and have a good laugh.

We’ve established a large area for playing where there are lots of things to do and try. The whole experience comes with a good story and an instructor for 1 hour. After that you’ll be on your own.

You’re welcome to bring your own packed lunch. You can stay and participate in all the activities we offer as long as you like.

Dates / times: Every day from 22 May until 30 September and week 42 from 10.00–17.00

Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays in May, June, September and October

Duration: One hour’s instruction followed by free use of the facilities for the rest of the day

Participants: From 2 to 10 participants

Conditions: There are no particular conditions for participation. Everyone can get involved - adults and children, young and old alike.

The activities are tailored to match the participants’ abilities and wishes.
Clothing and footwear must be practical as the activities take place on grass.

Voerså Canoe and Boat Rental

Visit the peaceful and quiet Voerså, which is located 6 miles (10 kilometres) north of Asaa.
Rent pedalos, rowing boats and canoes for a boat trip on the river and experience the Danish countryside in all its natural beauty.
We have various points of departure for you to choose from; they are between 3-12 miles (5-20 kilometres) up the river, so you decide how long you wish the trip to be, and we will bring the canoe to you. 

Price: from DKK 200 per canoe trip (including life jackets). There is room for 2 persons in each canoe.
